Frequently Asked Questions

Representatives will respond during normal business hours of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST to let you know the status of your project and if Suntuity will be able to complete it for you.

Please have the following information readily available:

  •         Empire Contract
  •         Final Design if available
  •         Lien Notifications if any

·         Photos of installation (if completed or in progress)

Every former Empire customer determined to move forward with us may qualify for 6 months of free solar after your installation is put in service.

Suntuity was assigned specific solar projects as part of the bankruptcy ruling. If your project qualifies, we will come up with a plan, finish the installation, and make it operational.

You will have to contact your financier for any system support. If you did not use a financier, then please contact the trustees at https://empiresolarbankruptcy.com/

Empire filed for bankruptcy, which delayed your project. As part of the bankruptcy process Suntuity Solar, a Top 10 U.S. residential solar provider, was granted the right to step in and assist with completing certain projects that Empire was unable to finish. If your project has been assigned to Suntuity Solar, we will provide you with a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty on the panels and industry leading warranty on other major components. [DM1]
