Sales Management Leaders – multiple roles

Suntuity has been recognized as being one of the Top Ten Residential Solar Contractors! We are expanding rapidly and are seeking various Sales Management leadership roles throughout our expanding markets.

Dimensions:

  • Our Sales Management Leaders are responsible for the oversight, management, training, and motivation of teams including multi-state span of control depending on the leadership level of the role
  • Sales Management Leaders are responsible for providing strategic management, execution, and achievement of our company goals

Responsibilities:

  • Building and expanding the market, including acquiring, interviewing and decision-making responsibility for potential candidates
  • Ensure training and branding of our company mission and culture
  • Have a direct hands-on approach and create a positive, productive culture
  • Monitoring performance and staffing strategy with business acumen 
  • Execution of strategies that leverage the company’s growth objectives for multi-state markets
  • Providing timely tracking and entering of performance data and sales data into our corporate database

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in the Solar Sales, renewable energy industry
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in the Solar, renewable energy industry
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent training and coaching skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Ability to think strategically and have strong project management skills
  • Provide and promote a positive upbeat environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to self-manage (time and budget)
  • Understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising
